With over 30 years of experience, Marc Rusin “aka” Chef Marc, leads the culinary program at his latest creation, Rusin’s Office Food. Chef Marc’s years of experiences encompass all facets of the restaurant industry, from Michelin starred restaurants and hotels to corporate chef for the CEO’s of fortune 500 companies. Marc’s latest vision is to deliver quality, culturally classic lunch boxes to your office, wherever that may be.

The guiding principle behind Office Food is simple integrity of ingredients, sustainability, and great customer service. Marc first learned this spending time in the kitchen with a family that loved to cook and entertain. From raising chickens and harvesting fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden he learned the importance of fresh, local ingredients. He later took these principles along with a passion for food and dedicated his life to feeding others. After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America he took on an adventure to learn about the diverse cuisines of the world.
